Question 1: Can all stones pass the diamond tester?
A: Yes. We use VVS diamonds, which are pure and 100% through the diamond tester. We can also provide relevant GRC and GRA certificates for your products and we will conduct diamond test with you before shipment.

Question 2: Can I custom my own engravings or LOGO?
A: Yes, we do custom engravings and LOGOs that you want. We have our own design team which can design the version or LOGO you want and our factory can quickly sample for you. Mainly use engraving and printing, And it depends on what kind of material you need to do it.

Question 3: I am wondering if the tennis chains are the same as the tennis chain in the pictures?
A: Yes, the pictures and videos were taken by our photographers with real objects. If you have any questions about the size, we can show you the tennis chain you need through photos.

Question 4: How long is your production cycle? When can I ship my order?
A: Ordinary products can be shipped within 3 days, customized Cuban chains and tennis chains take about 7 days, and customized pendants take 10-15 days. In addition, we will communicate with you in time at all stages of product production, and we will also notify you in time and check the goods with you before delivery.

Question 5: Does your jewelry fade?
A: We use 18K real gold plating, adopt the most advanced plating method, and continuously plating more than five times. The quality is far better, so our jewelry will last for a long time.

Question 6: How to deal with product quality problems?
A: After the product is produced, we will have a special QC to check whether the product is qualified. Before delivery, we will have three sets of inspection procedures, support video inspection, and send the product packing after confirming that it is correct. In the process of custom production, we will also update the design drawings, production drawings and finished product test videos for you. Each step will clearly show you the production process of your product. If you are really unfortunate to encounter product quality problems, you don't have to worry about it, we have a 180 day warranty service, you can contact us at any time.

Question 7: How to ensure that I can receive my products
A: We usually use USPS to deliver the goods which is our default shipping method. However DHL is the safest and fastest logistics company in the world. It only takes 3 working days to deliver the goods to you at the fastest. Please
contact us if you would like to pay for DHL shipping. I will tell you the waybill after delivery, and I will remind you 1-2 times during the whole process. Please pay close attention to your mobile phone and pay attention to signing for it in person.
